Profitable & Sustainanble is a three-week program for advisory business owners who want to charge what they need to, avoid the trap of trading time for money and create a practice service model that provides freedom for you as well as great outcomes for clients.

It's designed to help you develop a pricing model that will allow you to be profitable and sustainable.

You will learn the importance of your profit margin and the implications of over-charging or under-charging for your services.

You'll also learn how to assess your capacity for advice, how to increase engagement and retention with clients, as well as a range of other topics aimed at helping you understand how to build a long-term practice.

Via a mix of theory, personal coaching sessions and peer/group work you'll work through a structured and proven process to:

  • Roadtest your practice pricing model & analyse your profit gap.
  • Create an optimal price model that ensures you are charging a sustainable price that is supported by your client base.
  • Get a real understanding of your capacity for advice in the ‘client management’ component of your practice.
  • Ensure you have in place the strategies, systems and marketing to continually engage with your clients in a way that keeps them returning.

HOW IT WORKS

Live Training

You'll be part of a small, focused group of program members and advice profressionals working through the program together at cadence, provided input, feedback and guidance.

Project Focus

As your coach, I'll deliver short & sharp training pieces giving you insight into the key concepts ahead of implementation sessions, supported by more detailed training for concepts you need to deep dive into. All training will be supported by the tools, templates, worksheets, examples, process maps and tools you may need to put them into practice.

Take Action

Each week we'll have a one hour implementation sessions (usuallly on Thursdays) where the primary focus will be to do the work together in a team environment, discussing options, providing feedback and critique, sharing output and finding ways to improve each others's businesses.

Fully Templated

All sessions will be recorded, accessed via our members site at members.audere.com.au and supported by a private discussion group and the ability to reach out to me personally for further assistance.
