Week 1 kicks off with access to course materials via our program portal, meeting your peers who will be part of it with you and a small and very manageable piece of work to get your prepped for what's ahead.

27 January 2023

Session 1 - Plan Calibration - whether you need a new plan or have one already, this session is about reviewing, refreshing, and reconnecting with the medium-term goals and making sure you (and your team - bring 'em along) start the year clear on your priorities, focus and projects, and motivated to turns intention into action.

03 February 2023

Session 2 - Success Metrics - where we make sure you know which key performance metrics to track, how to go about it tracking them in practical, week-by-week terms, and you have a pipeline reporting system in place  (or implement our FinMan tool, if you want to get on board with it from the start) that provides the insight you absolutely need to make the right decisions.

10 February 2023

Session 3 - M.I.T. Method - the final session is where we get into the method you'll use to Make It Happen and maximize your chances of implementing your projects on time and as intended. We'll explore how to use Kanban tracking to be clear about what needs to happen week-by-week AND balance it all with the operational aspects of your daily workload.

HOW IT WORKS

3 Live Sessions

You'll be part of a small, focused group of program members and advice profressionals working through the program together at cadence, provided input, feedback and guidance.

Guided Implementation 

As your coach, I'll deliver short & sharp training pieces giving you insight into the key concepts ahead of implementation sessions, supported by more detailed training for concepts you need to deep dive into. All training will be supported by the tools, templates, worksheets, examples, process maps and tools you may need to put them into practice.

Action Focus

Each week we'll have a one hour implementation sessions (usuallly on Thursdays) where the primary focus will be to do the work together in a team environment, discussing options, providing feedback and critique, sharing output and finding ways to improve each others's businesses.

Fully Templated

All sessions will be recorded, accessed via our members site at members.audere.com.au and supported by a private discussion group and the ability to reach out to me personally for further assistance.
