Live Training

You'll be part of a small, focused group of program members and advice profressionals working through the program together at cadence, provided input, feedback and guidance.

Project Focus

As your coach, I'll deliver short & sharp training pieces giving you insight into the key concepts ahead of implementation sessions, supported by more detailed training for concepts you need to deep dive into. All training will be supported by the tools, templates, worksheets, examples, process maps and tools you may need to put them into practice.

Take Action

Each week we'll have a one hour implementation sessions (usuallly on Thursdays) where the primary focus will be to do the work together in a team environment, discussing options, providing feedback and critique, sharing output and finding ways to improve each others's businesses.

All sessions will be recorded, accessed via our members site at members.audere.com.au and supported by a private discussion group and the ability to reach out to me personally for further assistance.

Session 1 - End-of-Year Marketing

I'll share with you 3 done for you and of your outreach strategies to help you engage laps prospects, let your referrals know prime referring referrals prime clients to refer for all those Christmas break conversations, and reach out to your partnerships with a view to working together more proactively in the coming 12 months.

This is one of those sessions which consistently has participants coming back saying it worked within a week or 2.

Session 2 - Ignition Plan

Now is the perfect time to take control of next year and start more efficient, more in control of your time management, and feeling altogether ahead of the curve before the year is even started.

We'll work through three core strategies you can implement before you go on the break that will have you starting ahead of the pack more easily from day one.

In Session 3 - Operation Downtime

In our final session of this series, I'll walk you through a framework that I've applied for the last 5 years that enables me to download everything I need to about the year that was, get clear on what's going to matter in the year ahead, and most importantly ensure that your time away from the business over the break is exactly that time away.
